Ryan Friedman is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in law and healthcare. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Writing and a Master's in Rhetoric from Carnegie Mellon University. After passing the California State Bar and obtaining a Juris Doctorate, Ryan gained five years of experience in county government and twelve years in private practice.

Currently serving as a Member of the Board at Amari Home Health Care and Hospice Agency, Ryan plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's governance. He actively participates in critical decision-making processes, including staffing, consulting with external experts, contributing to office policies, and planning for future growth. Ryan's broad expertise helps keep Amari at the forefront of delivering exceptional patient care.

Ryan's personal experiences are an influence on his dedication to hospice and home health care. Growing up with a mother who devoted two decades to hospice volunteering provided him with invaluable insights into the compassionate care required during life's most challenging moments. Witnessing his grandmother's journey through hospice care further solidified his commitment, as he saw firsthand the transformative impact of personalized, dignified end-of-life care.

Ryan's vision is to ensure that patients receive the best treatment possible while maintaining their highest dignity. He advocates for clinicians to not only excel in medicine but also act as a support system for patients and their families. The most rewarding aspect of his work lies in knowing that he is improving the lives of others. Whether through his legal practice or healthcare endeavors, he finds fulfillment in making a positive difference.

At Amari, Ryan's focus on patient care is what distinguishes the agency. Offering both home health and hospice services, Amari ensures patients have tailored care options. Ryan's commitment to prioritizing patient well-being guides decision-making, even if it means sacrificing immediate benefits for long-term quality.

Ryan finds joy in spending time with his family, with his wife and son. Together, they share a passion for animals, with their two parrots and two cats, recognizing the healing power and positive energy that pets bring into their lives.
